He just could not contain his excitement! As soon as we parked the car he started panicking that he was stuck in his seat and he HAD to get out of it right away! We had to take a bus in from the parking area, which he loved-

After a short ride we had arrived at the railroad museum!

The first thing we did was get pictures with Thomas himself. How fun! His eyes even moved as he went puffing down the track :)

Then we went exploring on all the other trains in the yard. Nathan "knew" them all according to their colors- so this one was James, the red engine!

Next we went to see none other than Sir Topham Hatt himself! (He was kinda creepy for the little ones when you get up close, but he photographed well!)

During our "tour" we saw a miniature train yard with 9 running trains, so that was our next stop. It was pretty cool, they even had a mini Thomas with his 2 coaches, Annie and Clarabel, riding the rails!
While we were there we heard there was a petting zoo, so we had to make a stop- this is one of the pictures of Nathan being brave amongst the animals...what a huge rabbit!
Then, right as it started pouring rain we spent some time in the imagination station tent, where Nathan played with trains and tracks to his little heart's content. And lastly, we stopped at the temporary tattoo station where Nathan, Jeremy and Grandma Bug all got tattoo's of their favorite engines!
This is just a few of the pictures, but I also made Nathan a movie with the video and more of my favorite photos- so enjoy! .. it is a little long because he helped decided what footage was "essential", and you may want to turn your speakers down cause the music is all Thomas songs :)
