Adventures in Estes Park

Rasy and Jason wanted to take Mama Barza up to see Estes Park before she had to head back to the Philippines, and we found out and... invited ourselves!
Mostly, I was calling in a favor for some family photos that Jason had already agreed to- but what better place than Estes in September!???!

While there, we may as well enjoy the shops, right? :)

The kids brought their spending money, and decided to use it for some lolipops.

Hannah saw this tree and lit up almost as much as the tree itself!
"Mom! Look! A purple light-up flower tree just my size!"

Rasy and Jason found a "make your own snow" kit in the toy store and decided to send it home with mom to the Philippines :)

The kids also found lots of fun things in the toy store!

Levi ended up being the keeper of Nathan' Samurai sword, and was quite the show-stopper as we strolled along :) Everybody stopped to talk to our super smiley, slobbery, sword-wielding baby!

What would a stroll in Estes be without a stop at the ice cream shop?

And last but not least: a few of the shots we took down by the river!

No, I am not pregnant... I just forgot to tell hubby not to squeeze my waist!

That water was freezing, but our little water bug didn't care! He wanted to go for a splash :)

Too bad Levi was too little, and there wasn't one more tiny cut-out :) But fun for the rest of us!

Thanks again to Jason and Rasy for putting up with us bumming along on their outing! It was a blast and we have some good family shots now- that include LEVI!

On the way home we even saw a large herd of elk with a huge bull elk in their midst, but my camera was in the trunk! Fun for everyone to see, though :)

Gotta love Estes!
